Our hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Closed Tuesday and Sunday.

How long does delivery take?

We normally ship within 3 to 5 business days for most major Canadian cities. Delivery times may vary for remote destinations.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Our website calculates the shipping cost according to the weight, the number of packages and your location. The cost shown at checkout is the normal shipping charge for most main cities. Some remote destinations or overweight shipments may be subject to surcharges without prior notification.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — items marked « FREE SHIPPING » ship free of charge, depending on your city. Look for the FREE SHIPPING mention on the product page.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

No, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

What is your return policy?

You have a maximum of 30 days to request a refund. Machines and equipment must be new and unused. No refunds are given on food products. To return an item, first contact customer service to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Do you match prices?

Yes. If you find an advertised lower price for an identical or comparable product, present it to us and we will match it.

What products and supplies do you carry?

Popcorn machines from 4 oz to 16 oz, popcorn kernels, popping oils and butters, seasonings, cotton candy machines and supplies, plus accessories — for home theatres, schools, arenas, businesses and events.
